我有幾個疑問，需要前輩幫我解惑。

我正在開發 android 上的應用系統，系統是以 apache 2.0授權的open source 為基礎開發的，如果我想將開發完成的系統在 android market 進行販售，我產生了幾個問題

1、我需要徵得原作者的同意嗎?
2、我需要公開我的原始碼嗎?
3、如果不需要公開原始碼，我需要完成什麼義務? 我"只"需在產品說明中聲明系統使用 google inc 的source code 嗎?
4、聲明有制式的格式嗎?我只需在第一行修改 [xxx] Inc. 嗎?
